INTRODUCTION
Scientific idealism drives to new applications regarding the direct relations between our own mind and other mind people.
This module is fascinating. It is world exclusivity. It contains some technical practices that could be dangerous in bad hands. We suppose that people will use them to strengthen goodness. If our confidence were deceived, we should decline any responsibilities about the consequences of their bad use.

We have seen in a previous lesson that our will is able to change the outside reality through our connections in the subconscious with the thinking system (we call it the global or the cosmic subject in some figures). The subconscious also receives order from the thinking system. For example, the calf that feeds for the first time is not seeing a situation it has already lived through. It means that the transmission belt operates in the two ways. Look at the drawing.

Everything registered by the subconscious influences our subject. Ou r behavior may be influenced, without us knowing about it, by previous negative experiences that we believe to have forgotten but which are staying. Personal development currently uses these notions: cleaning the subconscious of negative images, seeding it with positive images to help our volition.

2-NEW THEORY OF SUBCONSCIOUS: THE THIRD DIMENSION
We shall now introduce a new and fascinating dimension:
21-Our subconscious influences other people' subconscious.
Since communication is free between our subconscious and the thinking system, it means also that communication is free between our subconscious and the subconscious of all other people! Look at the drawing:

Now let us imagine that I introduce a given desire into my subconscious. This desire will develop like a wave trough the thinking system and will reach everyone subconscious.
For example, if my desire is to be helped by John, this desire will spread without resistance and will reach John’ subconscious without him being aware of it. In John subconscious there will be my desire to be helped!
22-Our subconscious influences other people' behavior
Now please remember that everything registered by the subconscious influences our behavior.
It means that the desire I have introduced in my subconscious, not only will reach the subconscious of John, but will also influence his behavior. Without knowing why, John will help me! Look at the drawing:

This training imply different techniques.
31-Visioning
Visioning is the masterpiece of the personal development courses. It is intensively taught to sportsmen going to top competitions.
You will find all the description and the method to perform in clicking on Visioning. The objectives of these lessons are:
-To show you how to define your vision and its "success image".
-To teach you the visioning techniques.
-To give you some tips about managing your vision.
By the end, you will know how to implement your vision in your Subconscious. As a result, your vision will influence other people subconscious.
32-Remote viewing
Remote viewing is the ability to describe present events, which are impossible to perceive with our sensory system.
For example, the CIA had used remote viewing: People were trained to get a mental image of some secret bases in Siberia. It was the "Star Gate program". CIA cancelled it by 1995 because of its poor results.
I do not really understand how such a program can work but I just quote it because it may imply a subconscious process. (1 and 2)
33-Simulation
The positive modality enables to strengthen the visioning process.
-Positive modality
People who worship popular religions use to pray in a collective manner. They believe that these prayers are more effective. In the same way, if you want to make your desire more effective, you call some good friends. They will implement your desire in their own subconscious and visualize it. Of course, the result will be stronger.
The procedure is the following:
1-People (no more than thirty) meet in a place or at a precise moment on the web (Virtual meeting)
2-The supplicant explains his desire and describes his mental image.
3-After this description, people make a circle and form a human chain
4-After a long silence for relax, all people visualize in the same way.
Of course, this process strengthens the visioning because the number of participants multiplies the same desire. To be effective, participants must be motivated and trained.
-Negative modality
The first step of the procedure looks like the positive modality. People meet at a precise event but instead to implement a desire, they implement in their subconscious the hate of a person. This hate is transferred into other people subconscious and then in their behaviors. As a result, the person-target is expected to encounter big troubles!

34-MAGE.
MAGE (Mental Action on Global Events) is a research program based on a virtual meeting through the Internet at a precise moment. The procedure is the following:
1-A team of persons motivated and trained in visioning, meets at a precise moment on the web to attend the ceremony through a video.
2-At the opening of the ceremony, the picture of the person is shown. Thanks to mental concentration, the team implements a desire (love or hatred) in its subconscious. The picture is a symbol that just helps people to visualize in the same way.
3-One minute later, people can relax.
The result is the same as positive or negative simulation. It could be a dreadful weapon!

2- It would be certainly useful to set up again the Star Gate program. The impossibility to find Bin laden shows the limits of casual intelligence investigations. We are clearly conscious of the limits of any program of remote viewing but in such circumstance all the experiments must be attempted even if they bear many uncertainties.
